Are the card listings physical products?
Yes. PSA card listings are for the physical graded slab described on the product page.
Where do orders ship from?
Physical card orders ship from Japan. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
How can I report an order problem?
Email marketing@cardz.game with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos if the parcel or item arrived damaged.
Are cards sold as investments?
No. Trading cards are sold as physical collectibles. We do not promise future value, liquidity or financial returns.
What are Pts items?
Pts are first-party in-game items for Cardz Game. They are not cash, electronic money, securities or investments, and are not withdrawable or transferable. Availability and supported payment methods may be limited.
