ISun International Service Company Limited, trading as Cardz Game, supplies the products described in each cardzgame.pro listing.
PSA-Graded Cards
A PSA grade in a listing is the grade recorded on the PSA label for the card offered. PSA assesses the card under its own grading standards. We do not add a separate in-house grade or promise that a future reassessment will produce the same result.
The grade applies to the card, not to the plastic holder. Light scuffs or ordinary holder wear may occur without changing the card's PSA grade. Material cracks, chips, clouding or other significant holder damage must be disclosed in the description or clearly shown in the identified item photographs.
Listing Details and Certification
Review the card name, set or collector number, language, grade and photographs together. Where a listing identifies a specific PSA certification number, that number identifies the slab being purchased. A different certification is not substituted without your agreement.
Reference photographs must be identified as such. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour and reflections, but they do not excuse an inaccurate description or concealed material damage.
Sealed Products and Other Listings
Sealed items are described as sealed. Packaging condition should be assessed against the listing. Minor disclosed packaging wear does not promise mint packaging, but missing contents, suspected resealing or undisclosed material damage may require a remedy.
Do not assume that an item has a PSA grade unless the listing expressly states one. Ask us to clarify an incomplete or contradictory listing before checkout.
If the Condition Does Not Match
Keep the item and holder intact where possible and contact us through our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep photographs ready to provide when requested. Do not alter an item merely to investigate a concern before speaking to us. We will review a material mismatch under our Returns and Refunds Policy. No specific future grade or resale value is guaranteed.
