Listings identify the card or product, language, set or collector number where relevant, quantity and PSA grade where applicable. Photographs show the item offered unless expressly marked as representative or reference images. A specific PSA certification number identified in the listing forms part of the agreed description.
We do not substitute another card, language, grade or identified certification without the customer's agreement. If a material error is found before supply, we will explain the issue and offer the appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.
Grading and Brand References
A PSA grade records PSA's assessment of the card. We do not grade cards on PSA's behalf, control its decisions or guarantee a future reassessment. PSA and the trading-card brands retain their respective names, artwork and trademarks. Product references do not imply that the store is affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.
Authenticity Concerns
If you suspect a supplied item is not genuine, contact us through our contact form with the order number and the reason for your concern. Keep clear photographs ready to provide when requested. Preserve the item and holder while we review the evidence. We may consult the original grading provider or arrange an appropriate independent assessment if necessary, agreeing any customer involvement and reasonable costs in advance.
A confirmed counterfeit item qualifies for a refund on return, including reasonable return costs, without limiting any further remedy required by law. An authenticity concern is not automatically rejected because more than 48 hours has passed or because carrier claim procedures have ended.
Accurate Presentation
Descriptions and photographs must not conceal material damage. Lighting or screen differences do not justify a material mismatch. Please ask for clarification if a detail is unclear before purchase.
